Sustainability
Responsible sourcing from farm to port.
Traceable origins, legal trade in protected species and fair agreements with the growers we buy from.
Our commitments
What we do at every stage
1
Traceable origins
Each harvest is recorded to the farm or village lot, so every shipment can be traced back to where it was grown.
2
Legal trade in protected species
We trade agarwood only from plantation sources, with a CITES export permit for each shipment and the destination import permit where required.
3
Fair grower agreements
We buy under written supply agreements with agreed grades and prices, so growers know what they will be paid before harvest.
4
Quality and food safety
Every lot is tested in an accredited laboratory and packed in food-grade materials under HACCP-based controls.
Our approach to oud
Plantation-grown material only
We do not offer wild-harvested oud. Plantation material is supplied with documented origin, and we confirm permit status before contract, not after loading.
Reporting: we are working toward a published sustainability report. Until it is available, traceability records and permits are shared with buyers on request. Ask us for the documents relevant to your product.
