Compliance at both ends

Regional logistics
Hub stock, consolidated shipments and DAP or DDP delivery to your warehouse.
From farm gate to buyer's warehouse
Six controlled stages, each checked against the international standard it follows. Select a stage to see what happens.
Raw materials collected from farmers
We buy from registered growers, cooperatives and processors under written supply agreements. Each harvest is recorded to the farm or village lot, so every shipment can be traced back to its origin.
Standards we apply- Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) for growers
- Farm-lot traceability records
- Pre-harvest contracts with agreed grades
Tested to international standards
Every incoming lot is tested in an accredited laboratory. Lots that fail any limit are rejected before processing, so only compliant material moves forward.
Standards we apply- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory testing
- Moisture (ISO 939) and volatile oil (ISO 6571)
- Pesticide residues against Codex and destination MRLs
- Aflatoxins, heavy metals and microbiology
Sampled for the customer
Representative samples are drawn from the approved lot and sent with a certificate of analysis. Production starts only after the buyer approves the sample.
Standards we apply- Representative sampling per ISO 948
- Sealed, labelled and coded samples
- Certificate of analysis with every sample
- Written buyer approval before production
Packed to international standards
Lots are cleaned, sorted and packed in food-grade liners under HACCP controls. Each pack carries a lot code and label that match the approved sample and the paperwork.
Standards we apply- ISO 22000 / HACCP in the processing facility
- Food-grade liners and tamper-evident seals
- Lot coding that links pack, sample and certificate
- Wood packaging treated to ISPM 15
Shipped with full cargo insurance
Each consignment is insured for the full invoice value plus freight and a margin, with the cover agreed in the contract. Containers are sealed, tracked and monitored for humidity and temperature on sensitive lines.
Standards we apply- Cargo insurance on Institute Cargo Clauses (A) where CIF or CIP applies
- Container seal numbers and live tracking
- Export documents: origin, phytosanitary, COA, packing list, bill of lading
Delivered to the buyer
We manage the journey to your warehouse under the agreed terms, whether FOB, CIF or DAP and DDP. Proof of delivery is issued on arrival, and retained samples stay on file for any claim.
Standards we apply- Destination customs clearance under DAP or DDP
- Proof of delivery and goods-received record
- Retained samples kept for each lot
- Claims handled within the contract window
